Renée Wallace

Secretary

Renée has over 8 years experience working with children, youth, and families within vulnerable communities across Toronto. Renée graduated with her Bachelor of Social Work from Lakehead University, B.A in Human Services, and she is currently pursuing her Masters in Social Work. She uses her education, skills and lived experience while working with diverse populations. She is passionate about supporting others going through challenges. When Renée sees there is a need, she is there to help problem solve and create innovative ideas that benefit the community. In the pas she has implemented a summer breakfast program for children experiencing food security issues. With this breakfast program, children were able to learn how to make their own meals that promote health and wellness.

Renée enjoys the outdoors, bike riding, travelling, and cooking. She is continuously seeking to gain more knowledge and skills and broaden her education.
